Users must be at least 18 years old to register for an account with ScheduleShopper.com. By creating an account, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Data Collection and Use

Service Analytics LLC dba Mystery Shopping Service (“we”, “us”, or “our”) only collects personal data from individuals who:

All collected data is used solely for the operation of our business. We do not sell, lease, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Affiliate Access

We may allow affiliated clients or partners to access limited shopper data strictly for the purpose of identifying scheduling opportunities and coordinating assignments. These affiliates are contractually bound to handle your data securely and responsibly.

Account Deletion

If no assignments have been issued to a shopper, the user may delete their account at any time from within their shopper profile. If assignments have been issued, accounts may be deleted after a 3-year data retention period to ensure compliance with operational and audit requirements.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of earnings, data, opportunities, or access disruptions. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arizona.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
